What does the programme include?

• An individually adjusted treatment plan of balneo- and peloidotherapy, hydrotherapy, kinesiotherapy, massage, physiotherapy (magnetotherapy, electro- and phototherapy) and cryotherapy,
• expert medical and nursing care,
• 90 treatment points* for use in the Medical & SPA Prestige Club
• dietary consultation - selection of an appropriate diet for the length of the stay and recommendations for the future.

*Valuation of treatments: 5-30 pts/treatment; selection of over 70 types of treatments - but no more than 4 treatments per day.

Accommodation

• 4 days/3 nights at the Wilga*** Hotel in a room of the desired standard
• full board (according to medical diet: basic, easily digestible, low-calorie, diabetic, low-carbohydrate)
• unlimited access to the Finnish sauna and fitness room at the Hotel.

The price does not include: The local fee pursuant to Resolution no. XXVI/292/2012 of the Ustroń Town Council, dating 29 November 2012. PLN 2.80 per person per day.
